Developing youth leadership is paramount in our youth mentoring and coaching organisation. The number of our country’s youth exhibiting at-risk behavior points to a lack of skills necessary for adulthood skills in working with others, understanding self, communicating, making decisions, and leadership. Our youth leadership conferences, summits, and slams help youth cope with their surrounding environment by making decisions responsibly, better understanding their values, and better communicating with others. Each year our organisation invites a Nobel Peace Prize Winner to help mentor our young participants at our conferences to see change within themselves, their community, and the world through the inspiration, wisdom, and spirit they embody.
